Mapping Transitions

PAUSE4kids offers a FREE monthly workshop in transitions planning. Facilitated by Keri Bowers, founder of PAUSE4kids, this ongoing workshop will support participants in creating a written plan of action to help self-advocates and parents explore futures in a concrete, step-by-step process. Upcoming workshops will explore health and safety goals; school, career and work goals; financial goals (including estate planning, medical and social security); recreation and free-time goals; relationship; social and personal goals. Based on Keri's workbook, "Mapping Transitions to Your Child's Future," this workshop is not-to-be missed.
